Human judgment,

AI expands what teams can produce. I design the products, systems, and practices around it so agents can do more without obscuring the decisions people still own.

Agentic Loan Origination
Agents can read, check, and assemble the loan file. Employees can trace every action and review the evidence, then decide without repeating the work.
Review remains human. The system directs attention to the work that still needs judgment.

Employee Pattern Library
Design now ships the presentation layer as code. The mandated Home Lending library extends the firm's core design system for enterprise work and gives agents fewer ways to get the UI wrong.

Agent UI SDK + Eval Framework
Each recurring failure changes the agent's instructions, its validation checks, or the component that caused it. Each fix reduces rework, delivery time, and token cost.

Designer Enablement
Code prototypes preserve layout, behavior, and component intent instead of dying as demos. Reusable agent instructions carry the standards into every designer's workflow.

Prime — Pricing Platform
The inherited pricing model pushed advisors into Excel to compare the choices that mattered. Prime now follows how they sell: shortlist products, then compare what the customer pays.

Advisor Mobile → Unity
The research I co-led identified what deserved mobile access. Product leadership used that groundwork to cancel the standalone app, redirect its $5M budget, and open the Unity direction.
Of note
I created the firm's only AI-built pattern library, now mandated for every first-party Home Lending employee platform. Design owns the presentation layer through shipped code.
Employee Pattern Library →To my knowledge, I established Chase's first design-owned deployment path. Two Home Lending teams have used it to share interactive work with the CEO of Chase Home Lending.
Designer Enablement →I turned the mobile research into a prioritization framework and service storyboard that showed what deserved mobile access and what had to connect behind it. Product leadership used that groundwork to redirect the ~$5M investment.
Advisor Mobile → Unity →I designed and taught a four-hour Figma curriculum to 100+ designers. The firm's development program adopted it for new cohorts.

About
I moved closer to production because too many design decisions disappeared between the file and the build. I stay deep in product and design, with enough technical range to direct agents, shape the system, and catch what gets lost. More →
